Meeting Venue

When a host city is confirmed, SPP staff will work to secure venue proposals and make a recommendation to the host and SPP Executive Committee. If you have a venue suggestion or location preferences, please note below.

Venue Minimum Space Requirements:
- General Session/Symposium Classroom/Ballroom, capacity 175 classroom set (with space for stage, AV and screens for presentation, as well as hard-wired internet): Thursday-Sunday
- Scientific Poster Hall, capacity to allow for 25, 8’x4’ poster boards: Thursday-Saturday
- Exhibit hall space for a minimum of 10 exhibit booths (6’ tables, access to electricity, in close vicinity, or in the same room as the breakfast/lunch/refreshment location): Wednesday-Friday

Friday Banquet

Takes place on Friday night of the meeting, should include a meal. Should accommodate 150.
