Terms of Engagement
Our goal is to ensure a positive experience for our Seattle SHRM Members as well as provide a fruitful relationship for HR services providers. Please review the following rules of engagement to ensure you are in alignment with the standards of Seattle SHRM:
- Sponsor must reflect the values of Seattle SHRM.
- Details must be submitted to Seattle SHRM’s Partnership Director for review through the Seattle SHRM website. Seattle SHRM has the right to approve or decline any request that conflicts with Seattle SHRM’s mission, values, or interests.
- Sponsor must select a partnership package outlined on the following pages.
- Sponsor must pay for the package in full prior to promotion.
- Sponsorship must be secured 30 days in advance in order to receive full promotion benefits.
- Seattle SHRM will not provide recertification SHRM or HRCI credits to sponsors for their events/programs.
- Member distribution lists will not be provided to the Sponsor. All promotions will be owned and managed by Seattle SHRM.
- Seattle SHRM has the right to discontinue Sponsorship and/or any promotions being sent on behalf of Sponsor.
