Attendee Substitution:

Registrants can easily be substituted for an alternative attendee. If the registration package and member status are the same, no fee will be charged. If the registration package or member status differ, resulting in a higher rate, you will be charged for the difference. If the registration package or member status differ, resulting in a lower rate, you will not be given a refund for the difference.

Confirm the name and email address of the registered attendee. Cancelation requests received by August 29th are eligible for a refund, minus a $50 processing fee. After August 29th, refunds will not be provided, however substitutions are welcome.*
