Presentation Opportunities

Exhibitor Spotlights
Deliver a 25-minute technical presentation on the Exhibit Hall stage. Share your latest technology or solution, and engage the audience with a Q&A session.

Exhibit Hall Mobile Sessions
Take part in guided Exhibit Hall sessions that bring attendees directly to your booth for a 5-10 minute presentation. These sessions are organized by discipline and offer a unique chance to educate attendees about your technology in an interactive setting focused on solution-oriented learning.

Important:
- Please be clear and specific in your content submissions.
- Submissions will be reviewed based on technical merit, educational components, and applicability.
- The presentation should not be a sales pitch. As subject matter experts, focus on providing a learning opportunity for attendees. Present the science behind the technology, product, or service; and include ideas, concepts, or lessons learned that are transferable to other facilities and situations.
- Selected speakers will be notified in early July.
- All Exhibit Hall presentations will take place on Tuesday, September 16.
- Presenters must be either registered exhibitors with a booth, or full conference registrants.

Exhibit Hall Mobile Sessions

Guided sessions with attendees spending about 5-10 minutes at each booth
Mobile sessions are organized by discipline or specialized topics. A session guide will lead the group to stops at pre-selected booths. At each stop, presenters will have about 5-10 minutes to provide an overview and demonstrate solutions or technical applications. The session guide will facilitate a brief Q&A session before moving on to the next stop.

Using the form below, please be specific in describing the technology or solution you would like to showcase and in selecting the discipline/topic that best applies. If your technology/solution is applicable to multiple disciplines/topics, please add mulitple entries. Exhibitors are also welcome to submit multiple entries for different technologies/solutions.
