  • The Indian Country Class A/B UST Operator Training costs $295 per person, including a box lunch. The course will be held on Tuesday, September 16, from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm at the Emerald Queen Casino in Tacoma, WA.

  • As a TCSA Member, you may register up to 5 attendees free of charge. If you have 6 or more c-stores, you may register as many attendees as you have stores. Additional attendees may be registered at a cost of $100 each.

    If you are registering to attend virtually only, there is no limit to the number of attendees.

  • Cost for one 10x10-foot booth:

    • Free for Platinum & Gold Sponsors
    • $200 for Silver & Bronze Sponsors
    • $1,900 for non-sponsors

  • Trade Show booth includes registration for 2 attendees or the number included in your sponsorship package, whichever is more. Additional attendees will be billed at $100 each.

    Cost for one 10x10-foot booth:

    • Free for Platinum & Gold Sponsors
    • $200 for Silver & Bronze Sponsors
    • $1,900 for non-sponsors
  • As a Platinum Sponsor, you may register up to 4 attendees free of charge.

  • As a Gold Sponsor, you may register up to 3 attendees free of charge.

  • As a Silver Sponsor, you may register up to 2 attendees free of charge.

  • As a Bronze Sponsor, you may register up to 1 attendee free of charge.

  • As a Trade Show Vendor, you may register up to 2 attendee per 10-foot booth space purchased. Additional attendees may be registered at a cost of $100 each.

    • Booth Configuration 
    • Each booth space is 10x10 feet and includes one 6-foot table with a white tablecloth and two chairs. If you prefer to supply your own table or chairs, please indicate below.

    • Speed Networking Event 
    • Back by popular demand, we are excited to host a Speed Networking session designed exclusively for TCSA sponsors and members. Think of it like “speed dating,” but focused on connecting vendors with Tribal buyers and key decision-makers. This session offers a unique opportunity to build relationships, establish valuable connections, and potentially secure new business partnerships!

      Participation Details:

      • Up to three representatives from your company may join the session.
      • All representatives must be registered for the event.
      • Your team will be seated together at your trade show booth, while Tribal representatives rotate to meet with you.
      • If you are not registered for a trade show booth, we will provide a small table for you.
