NWAPS Teaching Proposal

Thank you for your interest in teaching for the Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study. Please submit this form no fewer than 2 calendar months before the course start date. The long lead time is in order to allow our administrative staff ample time to secure CEUs for your class.
Details to Keep in Mind
- Instructors are responsible for finding their own locations for classes, if held in person.
- Instructors are requested to remind students on the last day of the class that their course evaluation will be emailed to them immediately following the completion of the last class. In order to receive CEU credits for the course, the course evaluation must be completed within one week of the ending of the class. Otherwise, credits cannot be issued.
- The Alliance financial arrangement with instructors is that the Alliance takes a 25% cut of total class proceeds. Set your course fees accordingly.
- At the conclusion of the class, it is your responsibility to email your contact with the Alliance to request payment. If you do not already have a W-9 on file with the Alliance from a recent class, we can furnish you with one. This is a requirement for payment.

- A copy of your diploma
- An updated CV that demonstrates your training, licensure, or experience teaching the course or subject matter related to the course.
