WAVE Program Application
The WAVE program focuses on engaging students and emerging professionals from diverse backgrounds in the water industry.

Applicants will participate in a 6-part workshop series and then attend and present at the PNCWA Annual Conference in Spokane, WA, September 13-16, 2026.

We are looking for applicants who are emerging professionals (<2 years in the water industry), undergraduate, or graduate students interested in pursuing a career in the water industry. We would like to accept a diverse cohort of engineers, planners, scientists, operators, apprentices, communicators, and more! This is a great way to learn more about what makes PNCWA and our industry so rewarding and exciting!

Applications open: November 2025

Applications close: December 12, 2025

Applicants notified: December 22, 2025

Workshop schedule: Approximately monthly January-August 2026
