HR Empowered: From Influence to Impact
The Lake Washington Human Resource Association (LWHRA) is seeking engaging speakers for its Annual Symposium on October 1st, 2026. This year’s theme, HR Empowered: From Influence to Impact, highlights HR’s evolution from a support function to a strategic driver of organizational success. We invite proposals that share practical strategies and real-world insights on how HR leaders can translate influence into measurable impact. Topics may include leadership, people analytics, culture transformation, DEI, talent strategy, and emerging workplace trends. Selected speakers will engage a diverse audience of HR professionals and thought leaders. Please submit your proposal, along with a brief bio and session overview, by Monday, June 8th, 2026.
