Please complete this submission form inclusive of the following for your case to be considered for presentation at the SPP 2026 Fall Meeting in Columbus.

Submission window opens: July 6th
Deadline for submission: August 17th
Selected contributors notified: September 10th (or earlier)
Meeting registration deadline for those accepted: September 30th
Slide submission deadline for those accepted: October 7th
Presentation of selected cases: October 16th (in person only)

Once cases are selected, the SPP will communicate with presenters regarding submission of additional materials as follows in to meet accreditation requirements as the Perinatal Slide Session will be accredited for continuing medical education (CME) credit.
• PowerPoint presentation inclusive of no more than three slides (history and 2 pathology slides)

The information you provide addresses requirements of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to help ensure independence in accredited CE activities. Everyone in a position to control the content of an accredited CE activity must disclose all financial relationships with ACCME-defined ineligible companies to the accredited CE provider. An ineligible company is any entity whose primary business is producing marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients. Accredited CE providers must mitigate reported relevant financial relationships and disclose such information to participants prior to the beginning of an activity.
