Regional Director – Southeast
- Three-year term
- Open to Members, FACPs, MACPs
- Must reside in the Southeast Region
Regional Director – Southwest
- Three-year term
- Open to Members, FACPs, MACPs
- Must reside in the Southwest Region
Regional Director – Far Northwest
- Three-year term
- Open to Members, FACPs, MACPs
- Must reside in the Far Northwest Region
Regional Director – Northwest
- Three-year term
- Open to Members, FACPs, MACPs
- Must reside in the Northwest Region
Regional Director – Northwest
- Three-year term
Open to Members, FACPs, MACPs
Must reside in the Northeast Region
Medical Student Director – South
- One-year term
- Current directors can seek reelection for up to two total one-year terms
- Must reside or attend medical school in Texas South
Medical Student Director – North
- One-year term
- Current directors can seek reelection for up to two total one-year terms
- Must reside or attend medical school in Texas North
Resident Director – All 5 Regions
- One-year term
- Current directors can seek reelection for up to two total one-year terms
- Must reside or be enrolled in a residency based in the corresponding region
