    • Each of the three sessions will run for one and a half hours, with two 15-minute breaks during the Summit.

  • This event is intended for live attendance only. Registration fees are non-refundable. We appreciate your commitment and look forward to having you join us.

    Continuing Education (CE) Credits:
    Attendees must participate in sessions live to be eligible for CE credit. Your Zoom display name must exactly match the name used during registration. The Summit offers up to 4.5 CE credits, with credit awarded for each session attended live. Zoom reporting is used for CE credit tracking so you must be logged in for the full duration of the session, with your zoom display name matching the name used here. 

  • Continuing Education Information:

    Social Work Hospice + Palliative Care Network (SWHPN), #1716, is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) ​www.aswb.org​, through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program.

    Social Work Hospice + Palliative Care Network aka SWHPN maintains responsibility for the program. ASWB Approval Period: 7/18/2026 – 7/18/2029. Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval for continuing education credits. Social workers participating in this webinar can receive up to 4.5 (four and a half) continuing education clock hours for attending this virtual event live.
