  • The WAVE program focuses on engaging students and emerging professionals from diverse backgrounds in the water industry.

Applicants will participate in a multi-part workshop series and then attend and present at the PNCWA Annual Conference in Boise, ID, September 12-15, 2027.

We are looking for emerging professionals (<2 years in the water industry) and students (undergraduate and graduate) who live and work/study in ID, OR, or WA who are interested in pursuing a career in the water industry.

We aim to accept a diverse cohort of engineers, planners, scientists, operators, apprentices, communicators, and more into the WAVE program! This is a great way to learn more about what makes PNCWA and the water industry so rewarding and exciting!
